But as you all know.. pottery barn is only in the US .. so even if they do deliver to Canada.. it is gonna cost us a bomb in shipping. I’m sure you all know by now how cold it is here for us in Canada. I saw this morning at Aida’s blog.. about her sewing leg warmers for her baby with her new sewing machine. She is very creative for sure.
But i can’t help feeling how stupid i was. .and never thought of getting them for my lil’ brat. Afterall, it had to be very cold for her too… even if it was just from the house to the car . .and then the car to the store. Sometimes we have to walk quite a distance.. depending on parking. Well I donch have a sew machine.. so of course i go on line at Etsy to search for some. And they are not expensive at all. At 8.50 a pair.. they really do look nice and affordable eh.
Great if you used the timeout method with your kid. But then hor.. your kid. .might think it is for play.. and will defeat the purpose altogether. I couldn’t find out how much it is either. I guess if you start them out young enough.. they will know you mean business..?? I can’t say very much about this product myself… because I know my brat is only gonna think it is for fun.
The first Baby Gap sleepwear that my brat had gotten was from a blogging mummy .. Min. Min writes on “Bringing Up Bao Bao” and she was living in Toronto then. I’ll have to add that Min’s hubby is a very talented artist in Toronto. Anyways, ever since that first PJs from Gap.. we only love Gap Baby .. because they are so durable.. and they last a very long time. We’ve bought local stuff.. but nothing really last.. because they either shrinked after the first wash.. or the material isn’t as soft as the ones carried by Gap Baby. Although a wee bit more expensive .. than the local ones.. it is well worth it… because of how long lasting they are. We paid like $19 a set.. and we bought 2 .. when we were up in the city.
Did you know that i couldn’t find an ABC poster.. when Chloe was much younger.. and I was about to teach her .. the ABCs..?? Yes.. sad eh..?? the whole town didn’t have not one ABC poster..!! how freaky is that..! Well.. at IsaK they do have a unique ABC poster with occupations of people, not really suitable for a young toddler i would think and at £25.00, no wonder I can’t find it anywheres here. It is certainly an interesting poster.. but I can’t bear to part with $75 Canadian for just a ABC poster. What about you..??
