I don’t know if it is just the Asian woman or woman my age – but we love our health supplements like a kids love their chocolates. I take the Vitamin C and D and also exploring with hgh supplements because I want to stay healthy and have the energy to keep up with my kid and also my work. What about you all out there? do you take any health supplements? are they important to you? experts said that if you ate a regular diet – all you need is in your food. But how many of us eat a balance diet right? i sometimes indulge on hamburgers and ice creams – now how can that be too healthy right? So yes ! i’m an advocate to everyone who wants to keep themselves healthy and being pro-active about it. Grace Under Fire – TVB Episode 16 out for watch ! last week episode ended with Ah Sui leaving the coffee shop because the people he worked with accused him of stealing money which he didn’t. Ah Fa also is more and more in love with Ah Long while Ah Long seems to have eye for someone else. Ah Fa stole from a guy to save Ah Long but instead got pickpocketed on her way to the hospital - lucky for Ah Long – Wong Si Fu came to the rescue. Ah Sui ended with bruises because Lei Fan’s sister got him to pull her around in his trishaw and ended up at her place with her people and took revenge for her brother. Poor Ah Sui – so in loved with Ah Fah insist on getting back the tickets for the show – that he was willing to get insulted on the streets for it. But for the daughter’s sake – she was willing to eat humble pie. But during the wedding Cheng Cheng’s father left suddenly from a call from his present wife. Cheng Cheng finally found out that her father has another woman – and realizes that she was mean to her mother all these time. So a fan of this blog told me that she can watch tvb dramas on her ipod touch! while she is traveling in the train to go to work. You see – it takes an hour of train ride to go to work and back from work and what do one do on the train besides reading? watch tvb drama of course!!! So hurry out and buy ipod touch to watch your tvb drama – so you don’t miss it as soon as it comes out for watching. I know of some die hard fans – who needs to be the first to watch the tvb dramas everyday – i myself watches them during lunch time – and lucky for me – I can eat at our store – if I had to eat out – I would probably buy an ipod touch too – so i don’t get bored eating out on my own. Well, besides watching tvb dramas, you can watch movies, browse the net, play games , listen to music and send text messages to your friends – a pretty awesome device. Love all the gadgets they have these days – i sometimes wonder how my parents survived without all of these – life must be pretty boring for them. Some said because there weren’t gadgets before – our forefathers had so many kids – hahhhaha!!

And it so happy that the girl that Lui Kong met in the church is Tong’s daughter whom he hates and blame for killing his son. Grace Under Fire – TVB Episode 14 out for watch ! Lui Kong dreamt about losing a fight with Wong SiFu again – and only to wake up to find out that it was a dream. But when Lui Kong found out that Wong lost his son – he too wanted to find his son – Ah Long and forget about taking revenge. Tong who helped to heal him who hates Wong Si Fu then tries to keep him away from his son Ah Long for fear of losing Lui Kong’s help to fight Wong SiFu. Ah Fa who visited Ah Sui in prison promised him to wait for him to come out from jail after 3 months – thus giving him hope to survive. The saddest part of the show was when Ah Fa sent the little girl to the orphanage eh. That shows that Ah Fa is not as bad as she seems in the beginning – very interesting. Only You Episode 23 is out for watch! Yesterday we saw Ah Ho’s husband leaving her after finding out all the bad things she had been doing to Tim Jie even her daughter left to be with her father. But Tim Jie being the good person – talked to the husband and advice him against divorcing her and to give her another chance. And 9 Po Po whom Tim Jie met had been looking for her husband for years now – and even moved from park to park just to see if she can find him. Tim Jie also because of what 9 Po Po said – decided to look for her long lost husband whom she coincidentally saw on the road. While Ah Ho and her husband reunited and she promises to change and asked for forgiveness from Tim Jie, Tim Jie also found out that her long lost husband have another woman with him now.
