Yes !  I admit it – if you don’t know by now – that I’m a couch potato – I mean – look at all the shows I write about – I’ve gotta be watching some movies right? hahha!!!  for people like me – you would know that we love the couch more than exercising – so what do we do?  we try to burn out fat the easy way  – but is there really an easy way to stay slim and still be a professional couch potato? heheh!!  some people uses a good fat burner while others only eat salad – and no meat – and yes! i know of someone who is this way.  Some people eat only nuts and raisin – so what is my secret?  Well, ultimately – one cannot be a couch potato forever right?  although I am – i try very hard to eat proper and snack only on stuff that don’t have too much calories – but I would love to get some help with a fat burner too if I can.  But I’m careful – because I’m already taking a lot of meds – so I have to do my research – read up on the fat burner – and see how well it would work – and check it out with my family doctor before using it.  So I do envy those who have found their secret fat burner and using it safely and if you have a tip or two – do share.

The spouse and I have been going to bed late since the kid started school – even though we know we have to get up as early as 7.30am.  You see the kid had her winter/Christmas break – and that messed our schedule all up – we are spoiled with being able to sleep in late – till almost 9am before heading for work.  So now that she just went back to school – we are still watching movies till late for almost a week now.

Well, you how know what not enough sleep does to your skin right?  Yes !  I see some acne popping out ! darn!  time to look for a good acne solution treatment else I would be scaring my customers at the store away with this big acne popping out my nose soon.  And yes ! we do have to go to sleep early and be good parents – in the meantime – I’m going to get some acne treatment that’s for sure.

Synopsis

About a week ago – I was at the store with the spouse in the evening – when someone walked in to ask if there was a pet funeral place.  We were quite stunned of course – after all, our store is a computer/gaming store – and in no way looked like a pet shop nor a pet funeral place.  But then – the guy continued to explain that he just lost his pet yesterday of some 12 yrs and that he was family – the cat i mean.  I never had a pet – that lasted this long – but it’s the same as having a family member passed away right? even if it was a distance relative – like my spouse’s nephew that passed away suddenly a few months ago – I have to say – we were quite shocked too.  So yes – lets come back to  funeral plans for the cat – and yes – there is a pet store 2 doors away but they are not opened in the evenings.  He said how upset he still was and that he wanted a funeral for his pet/cat but don’t know where to begin – and I can sympathize with him and his situation because if someone closed to me died suddenly – I wouldn’t know what to do too.   And although it is a taboo to talk about death and funerals – I guess sometimes – it is good to make plans especially if you have an older person living with you.

I haven’t had a cell phone for many years now because I was trying to be an el cheapo – since the spouse and I are always together – we felt that there is no need for 2 cell phones.  But truth be told – i  would definitely be better especially when we go shopping and I need to go to Zellers and he need to look for his games – and in between – we can’t find each other – thus making it hard for me to really shop – for fear of missing him – when he is ready to leave.

Anyhow, the reason why i need a smart cell phone is because i refused to pay $20 for a organizer refill – for an old organizer – long story. So I am looking for one that I can keep my schedule into – and take little notes with.  The spouse recommended the blackberry phones but I already know that blackberry phones are good for stuff like that.   But since I’m so el cheapo – I don’t want to pay a lot for the phone – and yet want the functions that I just mentioned above.

I like the color of this Blackberry Curve – you can go on facebook with this model and send messages and do lots of other stuff – like taking a picture and also watch a video on u-tube.  But like I said I needed one that act as an organizer as well – so I’m still searching, so if anyone knows of one that I can get – that don’t cost anything – like this one – then I will definitely want one.

Like any smart mom and wife – I only buy things when they are on sale.  You all know how expensive  halloween costumes can get during Halloween – so when I saw costume clearout online – I just had to go look at it – to see if there was a real discount.   And I’m pleased to let you all know that there is a REAL discount – almost half price – for most of the costumes that I see here.

Last year, Chloe wanted to be Hannah Montana and I didn’t buy the costume for her because it was way too expensive – but since it is on clear out now – I think it’s reasonable enough to get it for her.  Like I said – I only buy things when the deal is really good – so Chloe is going to get a surprise this Halloween.
