I just watched the trailer for this movie - Frontier Unrated, must be the Horror Movie of all the horror movies that I’ve watched before. It looked insane, super bloody and scary..!! Looks alot more disturbing than “Saw” or “Hannibal” added together. I guessed it is not rated NC-17 for nothing eh. Very bloody and violent as per lots of people who had already watched this movie. Expect extreme sadistic pictures and gore if you are planning to watch it.  I bet i am going to stop breathing every now and then because of all the suspense and exhilarating graphics details.

Frontier(s) is about a poor girl by the name of Yasmina who had never been out of the ghetto in her entire life. Seeing an opportunity from the riots, she and her few other friends staged a series of smash and grab robberies, in hope of providing herself with some money to improve her life. Chaos as a cover up, they started robbing a few businesses. She and her friends of course does not get away with it.. and are pursued by cops and has no choice but to split up.

Cleverly so they thought, they all agreed to meet up in an inn just outside Luxembourg and here their nightmare is about to begin. The Proprietors of the inn are the Von Geisler Clan. Appearing to be stuck in the past, what one thought that the Von Geisler’s gang as being eccentric but in fact they are twisted. The group have to fight for their lives against these crazy fellas and savage looking sisters.

Rated NC-17, so that the movie wouldn’t be limited to showing all the horror and violence had caused quite a stir and wasn’t even allowed for showing in Horrorfest 2007 because of it. But fans of horror movies need not worry .. because you can still watch it on May 9, 2008. Theater listing can be found at http://www.frontiersunrated.com. Unfortunately, I don’t think we will have it in our theater here but you know we will be getting it as soon as it comes out on DVD. Afterall, owning a video store has it perks.
