It is said that the man accused of uploading Edison’s and celebrity nude pictures taken from Edison laptop has demanded a different classification for those photographs. Indecent was what he demanded for and not obscene.

No plea was taken and case adjourned to June 2 and he is out on bail for HK$10,000 about Cdn$2K..?? Kwok Chun-wai, 24, had spent 2 weeks in jail for he was initially refused bail. So strange eh..?? Over here in Canada.. if you rob a store.. you still can get bailed out.. and this is not life threatening or anywheres near it.. and they refused bail..?? wheres human rights in Hong Kong..??

It has already been 5 yrs since Leslie Cheung left. I remember that fateful day.. and can never comprehend why he committed suicide… not even till today. Nah.. ! i donch know him personally .. but like everyone else.. i’m sure.. his acting and singing had touched our heart at one time or another. Leslie was very talented… and what a real waste.. that he took his own life. 5 yrs on.. and i’m still speculating.. as to why he took that plunge.
