Crazy Chinese Woman

Folks at our small town don’t seems to want to own their own house. As for us, we can’t wait to buy ours.. and make it our pride and joy.. where we can have something to call our own. Pay rent was no fun .. but getting the bank to give us a mortgage when one is starting out their own business wasn’t easy at all. Mortgage lenders are great to have .. because they help where the bank wouldn’t. Rates are fixed at its lowest and it’s hassle free too, now looking to do some home improvement work in the basement, we are thinking of re-financing as well.
