I’ve always been on the “plump” side .. and no matter what i do .. or what diet i go for, those stubborn thunder thighs are still an embarrassment. Someone suggested seeing a lap band doctor that specializes in the only only adjustable and completely reversible weight-loss surgery available in the United States. Designed for folks like you and I, they designed just about everything to meet your comfort needs. Get that self confidence back. . and do away with those stubborn areas.

I don’t mean to criticise, but I don’t like the idea of weight loss surgery at all unless someone’s life is at stake. Dieting also doesn’t lose weight — it just deprives your body of necessary nutrients by limiting your different food groups. There’s no overnight trick to losing weight. You just have to exercise and start lifting weights. Daily and routine physical activity is the key for weight loss, and what you eat won’t matter. It just takes dedication and effort to being active and exercising. Even a daily Bow Flex routine does work. My aunt lost 60 pounds on it and she still eats bacon and sausage every day.
But when you involve surgery — there’s always some risk as it messes with your body’s natural chemistry of processing nutrients. There is no such thing as “reversible surgery” or Michael Jackson would have taken it years ago.
