Crazy Chinese Woman

For those who do not already know Vanessa-Mae, it is your lost. I’ve followed Vanessa-Mae’s career the very first time, she was in concert. The very first piece I heard from her was “The Violin Player”, the youngest violin player at 16 yrs old took the world by storm with her first pop album. Touted as a child prodigy, if you had seen her perform then, you will know why. I love her.. and will buy anything that she comes out with. I think she has a very special place in my heart because she was born in Singapore too. If you haven’t bought any of her CDs .. now is the time to get one. And yes.. i love the arty farty stuff.. bite me..!

In 1997, Vanessa became a first again, as the first non-native of Hong Kong to be invited to perform at the China Re-Unification Ceremony. She even played to roaring crowds at the “Sopot Festival”, sharing the bill with Annie Lennox, and further proving her ability to blend rock into her music. Her performance at the World Series Playoff at Wrigley Field and Comiskey Park have certainly helped boost her recognition in the US.

Watched this last nite.. while putting the brat to bed.. and yes.. it was another hilarious movie. With Billy Bob Thorton and Susan Sarandon, you can expect very good acting of course.. and Seann William Scott from American Pie – Stifler, it was hilarious and entertaining. Not a must watch. but good to watch.

I used to run the business center of the biggest hotel in Asia and one of the things we do at the business center is courier services for our guests. Yes.. we make loads of money .. just packing up stuff.. and sending them off with our preferred courier service. And one of the things that the business center girls must always have are box cutters. No kidding..! These safety utility knives are so useful and because they are made in a way, they won’t cut our fingers, it is a great thing to carry around while working. An essential, I would say for anyone working in a busy business center like ours.

I’ve said many a times on this blog about how all the fishermen have their trucks and love their trucks. But of course, they also take pride with their trucks and you should see all the fancy stuff they do with their trucks. One common thing they have is the truck bed liner because it not only protects the truck when they are hauling their loads of fishes.

Nicole’s daughter is named Harlow Winter Kate Madden, very nice name .. if you asked me. I had wanted my brat to be called Chloe Yee Killam only .. but PB wanted to put in Samantha too.. because I love the name. Very sweet.. but too long in my opinion.. so if we get a chance.. i’ll go change it back to Chloe Yee Killam instead of Chloe Samantha Yee Killam.

Christina Aguilera gave birth to a son Max Liron Bratman in the same ward as Lionel’s adopted daughter, Nicole. So does this makes Lionel the real grandfather..??
